1.The whole control system adopts high-precision servo control and operating system, which is stable and correct in dragging materials, free of changing printing rollers, and quick, convenient and simple in operation. Each printing unit is equipped with independent touch screen control, which can be operated independently and easily in each printing unit. The use of high-precision computer photoelectric tracking device can ensure repeated overprinting on both sides and increase the diversification of trademark printing.
2.System: Just input the printing length on the main console, and each unit will automatically move to the required position, which greatly reduces the waste of time and materials when adjusting the set.
3.Registration system: each printing unit is controlled by an independent motor to adjust the horizontal and vertical movement. By using static drawing monitoring, the horizontal and vertical registration of printed matter can be adjusted on the main console without stopping, which effectively improves the productivity of printed matter.
Printing unit: Using three-point suspension press-fit structure, it is composed of 19 ink rollers, 4 copying rollers (inking rollers) and 4 water rollers (alcohol dampening system), with a good ink path system, which can effectively prevent ink sticks and ghost phenomenon, and obviously improve the printing fineness and clarity.
The machine is highly optional: optional glazing unit and circular die cutting unit. In order to make the printed matter brighter, the glazing unit can do full glazing and partial glazing.
